Thank you very much for doing the Hog Roast at our party on Saturday; it was absolutely wonderful and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it with many people commenting on how tasty it and the salads were and I think being able to see the hog being cooked was an extra plus.
 
The party went very well - well into the small hours, so all our efforts paid off running around during the day with the finishing touches. Apologies we weren't very attentive with drinks to you, Karen and your colleague until near the end, it was just so hectic!
