Since our incorporation in 1972, we pride ourselves in producing delicious homemade food using the very best locally sourced fresh ingredients.
As an established caterer, we know that we are only as good as our next meal, this is why we spend extraordinary lengths of time in our kitchens ensuring the food we produce is second to none.
The recipes we use are either our own or proven traditional recipes that we have tweaked a little along the way.
We don't believe in set menus, but list below a selection of the homemade food we produce that has been popular in recent months. You are welcome to choose
the dishes you like and we'll quote accordingly. If there is something you particularly like, buts it's not listed, please ask, as it's likely we do it, but have not had the space to list it.
As a guideline, for parties of 50 people or more, you can choose three hot dishes plus a vegetarian option and three puddings.
