We are generally a busy company and our availability can change a short notice. As most private functions are on weekend days, and there are only 50 or so per year, it is not unusual for us to receive a number of enquiries for the same date in a very short space of time and we can get booked a long time in advance. Although, we may be able to take on more than one function per day dependant upon requirements , we have on occassion had to disappoint some people who have come back to us a couple of weeks after the initial enquiry as confirmed bookings have been taken in the interim.
Should we quote you for your function, we will hold the date for you for three days. Thereafter, other confirmed bookings may be taken and our availability may change. A
If you would like us to cater for the you, the most important thing is to reserve the date. Final menu choices are not normally required until seven to ten days before your function.I
